1. A prize draw for LPC concert tickets will take place prior to each concert amongst those subscribers with up-to-date contact details on the Leicester Philharmonic Choir mailing list.

2. Draws will take place approximately one month prior to each concert (including carol concerts at St James the Greater).

3. One subscriber will be drawn at random and will receive 2 complimentary tickets for the next available concert.

4. A winning subscriber will not be eligible to be drawn from subsequent draws until after 12 months from the date of their winning draw result.

5. Winning subscribers will be notified by either email or post using the details held on the subscriber database at the time of the draw.

6. In the event that the winning subscriber cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw a second draw will be made and the tickets offered to the winner of that second draw.

7. The winning subscribers' details will be publicised in the local press shortly after the draw is completed.

Alternatively entries will also be accepted using the tear-off application slip attached to the Leicester Philharmonic Choir season brochure.

By providing this information you agree to your contact details being used by Leicester Philharmonic Choir for mailing purposes and you also agree to be entered into the draw under the terms outlined above.

If you are sure that we hold up-to-date contact details for you on our mailing list you need take no action. You will automatically be included in the next available draw which will be made according to the terms outlined above.

Leicester Philharmonic Choir will retain all subscriber details as confidential and will not apply them for any purpose other than informing subscribers about forthcoming Phil events.
